Fairy Cave Quarry requires access through a gate with a combination lock. Here's how climbers can gain access to the quarry.

• The combination for the padlock is 1973.
• The combination must be set along the small lines not centrally, the hasp (loop) can then be pulled open. The lock may need a tug to open.
• To lock, set the combination, close the lock and then scramble the combination. 
• Please ensure the padlock is securely locked while climbing and before leaving.

The combination will be changed at New Year every year in future so remember to check the RAD before visiting each Spring.

It will be the responsibility of all climbers and cavers using the combination to ensure the code does not escape beyond the two communities.
