BMC Peak Area Meeting

Come to our next gathering of Peak climbers and walkers and get involved in the BMC. Area Meetings are run by volunteers and provide an opportunity for you to discuss issues and influence decisions affecting climbers and walkers locally and nationally
The next BMC Peak Area Meeting will be held in person, on Wednesday 16th July at The Sir William, Sir William Hill Road, Grindleford, Hope Valley, S32 2HS
Join us for an inspiring talk with Sarah Lister, a qualified Hill and Moorland Leader based in Edale at the foot of iconic Kinder Scout.
After moving from London in 2016, Sarah was captivated by the Peak District landscape. A connection that has transformed her life and work. Now a Career Coach and host of the popular podcasts Wild About Kinder and About The Adventure, Sarah brings a unique perspective to exploring our hills.
Come and hear how Kinder has inspired Sarah’s journey, what it means to her and others, and why nurturing our connection to the outdoors is more important than ever.
Everyone welcome; walkers, climbers, and lovers of the outdoors alike!
The meeting will start at 7pm, but members are welcome to come earlier to socialise. All are welcome.
