Climbing isn’t just a physical pursuit - it’s a space for connection, healing, and personal growth. The FUNdamentals of Wellbeing course is a workshop designed to equip climbing instructors and coaches with a foundational understanding of mental health and neurodivergence - helping you create safer, more inclusive, and more empowering environments both indoors and outdoors.

Whether you're already a qualified instructor or just starting your coaching journey, this course will deepen your confidence and elevate your approach to working with diverse climbers.
Before the workshop you will be sent a series of online videos which will guide you through the essentials of mental health and neurodivergence. The workshop will will include climbing scenarios and practical tasks, please bring your climbing shoes. You will need to register and pay for your entry at the host venue if not already a member.
