O gyfyngiadau adar a chyngor parcio i ddulliau sensitif a chyngor ar ethics lleol, dyma'r lle i fynd i ddarganfod a allwch chi ddringo ar graig a sut i’w cyrraedd.
ADNODDAU
Mynediad Newyddion
Mae Castellmartin ar dir Parc Cenedlaethol Arfordir Penfro (APCAP), ac mae’n ardal ddringo boblogaidd. Mae'r ardal hon hefyd yn cynnwys Range West, ardal hyfforddi filwrol gyda maes tanio, felly mae'n rhaid i ddringwyr fynychu sesiwn friffio cyn cyrraedd yr ardal. Mae’r dyddiadau briffio bellach wedi’u cyhoeddi ar gyfer 2026.
