BMC Walk Leader
Do you want to lead walks on behalf of the BMC?
As a BMC Walk Leader you can apply to lead walks on a voluntary basis. This is a great opportunity to expand your skills, meet like-minded people and gain experience.
If you are a qualified leader/working professional, this is a great opportunity to give something back to your local hill walking community.
If you are currently going through a Mountain Training leadership qualification, this can be a great opportunity to gain extra experience and add some led walks to your digital logbook.
We have many opportunities whether it’s leading on the BMC Hill Walking programme or with partners like the YHA Festival of Walking. In return for your time and expertise, the BMC will insure your event under our name once your walk has gone through our event approval process.
You can give as little or as much time as you’d like, we’d love to have you on board!
