BMC meeting focused on bolting issues, Climb Preservation Orders and Lakes Area Fixed Equipment Policy.

- Reason: Bolting issues and the Cumbria Bolt Fund
This is not a normal Area meeting, the normal Area meeting will take place on Wednesday 7th October.
This is 1st of 2 Extraordinary meeting to discuss Bolting issues and the Cumbria Bolt Fund.
The 2nd Extraordinary meeting will take place on Tuesday 29th September to draw these issues together
