Graduates! It's time to Find Your Next Adventure

Posted by Jane Thompson on 13/08/2021

If you’re looking to take the next step in your outdoor journey, then take a look at our latest project: Find Your Adventure. Perhaps you’re graduating from uni or moving to a new place. We’re making it easy for you to connect with friendly climbing and walking clubs in your area.

Continue your adventure

If your uni club experience gave you a taste of adventure, keep up that spirit wherever your path takes you next.  Whether you’ve caught the bug for hiking, camping, bouldering, climbing or mountaineering, clubs all over England and Wales can give you the chance to meet more like-minded people to share your adventures with.

If you’re nervous about going along, don’t worry – clubs are set up to welcome new members.  You don’t have to commit to joining straight away, so you can try a few different clubs and activities until you find the one that’s right for you.

Take the next step

Locate a friendly club near you, and get started.

Coming Soon

We’ll be releasing a four-part series of articles, to help you find your path as you move on from your student club:

⛰️ Taking the next steps

⛰️ Paths you can take

⛰️ What clubs are out there?

⛰️ How you can get involved

Create your own adventure

Can't find a club that meets your needs?  Why not start your own?  It could be an alumni club for ex-members of your student club or perhaps there's a gap in your local area you could fill.  If you've been in a uni club before, you've already got the know-how and starting you own club can be easier than you think.  You can find guidance on starting your own club here.

Would your club like to sign up for #Find Your Adventure?

If you’re involved in a club and would like to get involved, please click here to find out more.  We’re producing a digital toolkit to help you advertise and welcome new members.
