Fixe snow anchors and pickets recalled

Fixe snow anchor

The Catalan equipment manufacturer Fixe has circulated a recall notice involving certain batches of its snow anchor (Deadman type) and snow picket (Stake type) products. Owners are recommended to stop using any affected products and to contact their retailer or the manufacturer.

Fixe have detected a production defect on a particular batch of snow anchors and snow pickets, which can affect the security of these products. For this reason they've decided to recall any products with following references and batch number:

- Snow anchor Fixe ref. 020 Batch nº: 01/10

- Snow anchor Fixe ref. 021 Batch nº: 06/10

- Snow picket Fixe ref. 430 Batch nº 12/10 and 01/11

For the snow anchors you can find the batch number on right top part and for the snow picket you will find on the inside part with the rest of the technical Information.

Stop using any affected product and contact your supplier to arrange a repalcement.

Fixe have stated "We would like to transmit you our sincere apologies for the inconvenience this problem will cause you and our predisposition to resolve this problem as soon as possible. "
