Please note that the BMC Office is closed for the festive period from 12:30 pm on Wednesday 24 December 2025 through to Friday 2 January 2026.
If you have a current Travel Insurance policy, the Emergency Medical Assistance line - 0208 608 4254 - remains open 24/7
If you’re needing to make a claim, the claims office number is 02392 419 879. Please view Christmas opening hours below:
- Wednesday 24 December: 9am – 12:30pm
- Thursday 25 December: Closed
- Friday 26 December: Closed
- Saturday 27 December: 9am-5pm
- Tuesday 30 December: 9am – 5pm
- Wednesday 31 December: 9am – 12:30pm
- Thursday 1 January: Closed
- Friday 2 January: Normal office hours resume (9am – 5pm)
