CEO recently a small number of senior staff members left the organisation, what percentage of the losses fall into their areas of responsibility? Your statement is unclear in this regard. Mr Chairman is the BMC solvent and is the board willing to continue trading? Also we used to have a CEO, then we chose not to replace that individual to save costs. Was this a good idea? The Board, will the current Independent Directors be attending the AGM? They did miss them last year. The Membership, Over the last 80 years the BMC have never made such losses. Can we revisit our structure from one where ‘directors have primacy’ to one we’re a members executive has control, it worked for 74 years where we built up the reserves we have just lost.
