Recall - Optimus Nova and Nova+ Multifuel Stoves

Posted by Dan Middleton on 19/10/2010

The Swedish stove manufacturer Optimus has announced a voluntary recall of certain models of their stoves, after problems have been reported which may present a fire risk.

The recall involves models Optimus Nova and Optimus Nova+ Multifuel Expedition stoves sold between Janiuary 2009 and September 2010. Problems appear to be as a result of torn or expanded o-rings which allow fuel to leak.

If you have one of these stoves, check the manufacturers information here for more advice.
