A new Wales Area team has been elected starring Mike Raine as Chair, Keith Robertson as Secretary and Roger Bennion as National Council Representative.
The North Wales Climbers Action Group has reinvigorated interest in the area, leading to a good turn out at the Area Meeting where the new committee members were selected. A successful clean-up of routes at Tremadog was attended by 21 people on the same day of the meeting. This ticked the first box in the list of practical measures compiled by the new team.
The BMC extends its thanks to K C Gordon, the outgoing Chair, who has kept things running smoothly during a difficult period. The future looks bright.
