Yorkshire Social Walk | 13th March
Join us for a circular hike around Ewe Moor to Malham Cove whilst we brushing up on map reading and navigation skills.
You are invited to a BMC walk, led by Yorkshire Hill Walking Representative, Henry Grainger. The route is a circular around Ewe Moor to Malham Cove. We will explore interesting rock features and enjoy the great outdoors together. No prior hill walking experience needed, we cater for all abilities. We will also look at some map reading and navigation skills. We’re excited to welcome you for a memorable day in the outdoors!
Henry has had a love of the outdoors which started from camping trips with friends to the Yorkshire Dales, with Pen Y Ghent being one of the first hills he went up. In more recent years he started to venture to the Lake District, Wales and Scotland. His confidence in the outdoors has grown and he's picked up some new skills that he wants to share with others. He has mountaineered in winter and summer and is keen to summit some international mountains in the future.
