BMC Nominations Committee

The Nominations Committee is a sub-committee of the Board of Directors and has the responsibility for advertising and making nominations for senior personnel.

The BMC’s Articles of Association provide in Article 25.4 for Directors to delegate any of their powers to a sub-committee. Powers delegated to the Nominations Committee include evaluating the Board’s current capabilities against the agreed skills matrix and, in light of this evaluation, agreeing a description of the role and capabilities required for a particular appointment.

The Nominations Committee will meet as and when necessary to ensure effective succession planning for the organisation.
