Milkingstead Wood Crag

Dow, Coppermines & Eskdale

Several small granite outcrops hidden amongst the native oak woodland on the opposite side of the valley from the King George IV pub. The rock is excellent and mini-classics exist throughout the woods. A unique crag for the Lakeland area and worth seeking out.
