Porth Iago

The Lleyn

This includes areas of Great Crack Zawn, Trwyn Carreg-Lwyd & Dyllborth and Ogof Lliant Glas. Recently more development has increased the volume of climbs here. A number of short punchy routes. These areas are all accessed from the Porth Iago Campsite, and then walking along the coast path in different directions.

Most of the climbing is out to the right of Porth Iago beach itself in Dyllporth.

Restrictions apply from 31 March - 30 June.

Reason: Nesting Birds

Ogof Lliant-Glas Nesting Choughs mean that the area around "the fin" are restricted. 

At Trwyn Garreg Llwyd - Dyke's Offer and The Godless Lowlife are both restricted as well.

Parking and Approach

Parking at Porth Iago campsite, currently is £5 per vehicle. Access through the farm can often be very muddy out of the camping season.
