The quarry is split into two tiers.Upper Tier:The most striking feature of the upper tier is the pinnacle, a huge mass of rock at right angles to the main quarry wall that splits the quarry into two amphitheatres. The first 4 climbs are in the left-hand or main amphitheatre. Negative Equity climbs the front face of the pinnacle.Lower Tier:The most prominent feature of the lower tier is a large slab towards the left end with an evil-looking crack on its right. The rock in the quarry is very compact, which makes for sparse protection on many roures, and some of the earlier routes can be quite vegetated.
