BMC meeting focused on bolting issues, Climb Preservation Orders and Lakes Area Fixed Equipment Policy.

- Reason: Bolting issues and the Cumbria Bolt Fund
This is not a normal Area meeting, the normal Area meeting will take place on Wednesday 7th October.
This is 2nd of 2 Extraordinary meeting, this meeting will focus on drawing the previously discussed issues together. The 1st meeting took place on Tuesday 8th Septemebr
