North & South Route Setting Symposiums from the RSA with added flyer

The Route Setting Association is running two route setting symposiums in the New Year aimed at route setters of all levels.

A full day of Route Setting activity, talks, workshops, information and updates topped off with the first ever Setter Comps (Fastest Hands in the North / South) with prizes.

North - Eden Rock, Penrith - 29th Jan

South - Bloc Climbing Centre, Bristol - 19th Feb

Hosted by the Route Setting Association (RSA) and supported by Core Climbing, Eden Rock and Bloc Climbing Wall

Schedule for the day:

1000 - 1030 Welcome and intro to the RSA: An update about the industry and working practice and areas of development and what is in the works.

1030 - 1230 Workshops / focus groups

1230 -1330 Lunch and chats with hold, equipment suppliers (Core is attending, Lyon or Edelrid, and Hilti)

1330 - 1530 Talks (2-3 speakers) Pro / Comp Setting, What Wall Mangers Want, TBC

1530 - 1730 Fastest Setter In the North/South UK Comp

1730 Prizes and Conclusions


Price - £25.00 includes: wall entry, lunch, entry to the comp, and talks.
