Steep smooth slate mostly up groove lines though harder wall climbs on the back wall. Once bold local test pieces are now bolted with lower offs to increase traffic and keep the rock clean. There is a golf course behind the crag so don't top out else this may annoy golfers and cause problems with access.

I WAS THERE LAST WEEKEND (23/05/09) AND HAD A VERY LUCKY ESCAPE WITH A FRIEND WHO WAS SLIGHTLY INJURED BY A LARGE BLOCK WHICH CAME AWAY AS HE PULLED UP ON IT. LUCKILY ONLY HIS HAND WAS INJURED COULD HAVE BEEN MUCH WORSE. BE VERY CAREFUL IN THIS AREA AND VIGILANT IF YOU ARE DOWNHILL FROM THIS CLIMB.
