A few different landowners own parts of the quarried rock in Bradwell Dale and as a result the access situation for each area differs:

Morton Quarry, Upper Tier: access not permitted by the landowners

Bradwell Parish Quarry including Lower Tier (aka Bottle Bay), the Cave Area and The Ivy League:  asccess is permitted here, providing climbers don't create a mess when removing loose rock and vegetation to garden routes and don't cut down any trees, however small. The landowner asks that climbers contact him (text is fine) on 07531001990 before climbing there so he knows who's about. Permission will normally be given. Updates on new routes will also be welcomed.

Open Book Bay: access not permitted by the landowners

Parking and Approach

Don't park in the dale itself as there arent any parking spots which allow cars to pull fully off the road without causing an obstruction. Instead park considerately in the village of Bradwell and walk to the sectors of the crag which have permissive access carefully along the side of the road to avoid issues with crossing landowner's land who do not permit access.
