Dyer's Lookout

The eponymous lookout is a geological marvel, and the routes which tentatively pad their way up the slab are difficult

A geological marvel, steep slabs with grades ranging from Vdiff to James Pearson and Dave Birkett's impressive E9's. Several routes have suffered the culm coast curse and are no more, just a pile of boulders on the beach. There is no up to date guidebook for this area.

Parking and Approach

Accessible from either Hartland Pt or Hartland Quay via the coastal footpath. Also  approachable from Berry Farm. Drive to Berry Farm (SS 234 255) and walk along a path past an isolated house to the beach.
