A newly developed sandstone sports climbing venue on an old industrial site that has been developed as a redisdential housing area.
The owners of the site, a development company called St Mowdens have approached the BMC in June 2018 and made the following comment :-
"... the land is private and you are trespassing although it is appreciated that the fencing could be better at the land and we do need to put a better signage stating it is private land. St Modwen does not want climbers on the land and will not give you permission to climb on the land. I will now fence it off and put up the relevant Private Land – No Trespassing Signs about the fence line".

The landowners have categorically stated that they do not allow climbing on this land and that they will be erercting new fences and signs to prevent access. If accosted on the site, climbers will be asked to leave. Please avoid confrontation and respect any instructions given by the landowners while the BMC attempts to negotiate a solution to allow climbing here.
A wide variety of crags, including adventurous sea cliffs at Ogmore, modern sports routes on inland limestone and sandstone cliffs, and winter climbing venues in the Brecon Beacons.
