The University of Birmingham's local crag! The ever sunny Bournebrook Wall! Overlooking the Beautiful Hockey pitches and the towering Great Hall in the Back ground gives this exciting bouldering venue a truely Alpine feel. Responsible for the ever soaring standards of the UBMC, this really is a world class location. The area consists of the 'crags'. The main crag is the obvious wall overlooking the hockey pitches; the upper tier is accessed by ascending the stairway in the middle of the main wall and the small crag is found a short distance along the path from the main wall (heading right from the archway). The university club has produced a number of guides over the years the most recent can be obtained from committee members or can be downloaded from http://westmidlandsclimbing.wetpaint.com/page/Bournbrook+Wall (bottom of page)
