A hidden pinnacle perched above the south end of Rudyard Lake. Offers 2 interesting & bold arete routes that are longer than they look and contain some unique holds. Similar in character to some of the rocks at Bosley Cloud.

Parking and Approach
The top of the pinnacle is next to a public footpath which starts between two houses opposite the nearby school. Best park between the school and the hairpin in the road. Follow the path through a gate into a small wood - only a 2mins walk. Access is questionable due to the numerous PRIVATE LAND signs. Best to abseil from the footpath. Also, would recommend to only climb there when trees are in leaf during summer. This way you remain hidden from the farmer who plays loud country 'n' western music and seems to do a lot of chain-sawing...
