The rock is horneblende schist more commonly known as Amphibolite. A collection of short single pitch routes in a variety of situations; islands, stacks, pinnacles, zawns, with delicate to brutal style, perfectly solid to horrifyingly loose rock, grades from Moderate to E6, good picnic and fishing possibilities and all of it with easy access, though an eye should be kept on the tides. Tired of Sennen? Then pay these cliffs, and those of Pen Olver, a visit.
