Parking and Approach

Accessible roughly about 2 hrs either side of low tide, best in summer when everything dries out, although it does dry quicky (in parts) in windy conditions. To get there follow signs to Gwithian from Hayle, drive through Gwithian village, go to the furthest North car park on the Red River and park in the national trust car park.
