Esk Buttress

Dow, Coppermines & Eskdale

Marked as Dow Crag on OS maps. One of the most impressive blocks of rock in the Lake District with a fantastic sunny aspect in the remote and beautiful upper Eskdale valley. Wonderful rock, fantastic wall climbing and routes up to 120m long makes the long trek in well worth it.
