Tidal - the flood tide can cut the base off abruptly, making escape W towards Praa Sands impossible.Privately owned. Take your litter and any you find home.>From the A394 Penzance to Helston rd take the narrow lane (signpost Hendra (SW 604 287). This leads to a car park above the E end of Praa Sands beach. The cliff is about 0.3mi E, before Rinsey Head with its solitary clifftop house.
