Afon Tafolog Boulders

Snowdonia

A major new bouldering venue featuring over 20 problems mainly in the lower grades up to v4.With generally good flat landings on virgin rock and under a 5 minute walk-in this venue should prove to be quite popular.A few hard lines/problems remain to be done...the big roof and a featureless face also anything that has a bad landing.

Many crags are on CROW access land - but not all especially some of the outcrops which lie on private enclosed land. Most of central Snowdonia is both designated an SSSI and also is an European Special Area of Conservation on account of the upland habitat and associated geology and plants found here.
