North facing quarried limestone, up to about 15m height. A number of sport routes have been developed here and very occasionally runoff from above can form thin but climbable ice when temperatures are low enough.

This crag is located on open access land so there is a right to walk and climb here, however the open access designation doesn't give a right to install bolts. The landowner has noticed the recent bolting development and requested that the hangers be removed whilst negotiations over the sport routes take place.
Parking and Approach
About 3km from Frosterley. Easy access, except when road covered in snow when 4WD vehicle or walk-in required. Parking nearby.
