The next Peak Area Meeting is on Wednesday 9 April 2014, starting at 7.30pm, at The Maynard, Main Road, Grindleford, Derbyshire, S32 2HE.
Will Harris, the newly appointed BMC Regional Development Officer (England East) will be attending, to explain his role and what his plans are for the future, including the BMC Stanage Festival, which is taking place over the weekend of 28-29 June.
BMC Vice-President nominee Mina Leslie-Wujastyk will be available to field questions about her nomination, and will also give a fascinating talk on self-efficacy in climbing and mental strategies for success – as one of the world’s leading female boulderers, she knows how to overcome difficult problems.
