Totem Basic cams

Do you own or use Totem Basic cams? If so, check to find out if any of your cams are affected by the recall issued by them on 12 September.

What should I do?

Totem are requesting that you immediately stop using any Basic cams which were manufactured between 7 February 2017 and 15 August 2017.

If you are the owner of any cams manufactured within this date range, contact Totem at recall@totemcams.com to commence the recall process.

How do I check?

Serial numbers from 1706200-1733205 are affected by the recall. See the image below to find out where to find the serial number.
