Self Rescue for climbers.

Want to learn more about abseiling, prusiking, and traversing? Check out these new clips from the Self Rescue for Climbers DVD.

Aimed at recreational climbers, Self Rescue for Climbers is a comprehensive guide to solving common problems when multi pitching in the mountains, exploring sea cliffs or roadside cragging. The DVD’s format enables the viewer to access relevant information quickly, providing a basic toolbox of techniques.

The DVD has been written and produced by Steve Long (Guide & MLTUK Chief Officer) and Olly Sanders (MIC), both highly experienced instructors and coaches with many years' experience teaching rescue skills at Plas y Brenin, the National Mountain Centre.

With scenarios filmed on famous climbs at Malham, Gogarth, the Llanberis Pass and Tremadog, Self Rescue for Climbers is not only 90 minutes of expert instruction, but a stunning showcase of some of the UK's finest crags.

The DVD is available to buy in the BMC online shop under the latest products section.
