We are currently working on plans for a new routes database. In the meantime email guides@thebmc.co.uk.
Pretty well: fangs for asking! The project is called "Over the Moors", and it covers Kinder, Bleaklow, Chew Valley and Standedge climbing. The answer to the thorny question of "When will it be ready, you lazy sods?" is simple. It will be ready when it's ready. This is not a cop out, this is just how it is. Writing a guide to the high moorland edges is not as "simple" as writing one to Stanage. There are 120+ crags and several thousand routes. Our aim is to produce the best guide in the world, and that takes three things: perseverance, hard work and perseverance. If you're getting annoyed at the wait, why not offer to help us?
