Are your laybacks found lacking? Or perhaps your footwork's faltering? Give your climbing a spring clean with Emma Twyford on a BMC Climbing Movement Masterclass. Nationwide March 2017.
If you're needing insight into the bag of tricks professional climbers use to improve their climbing then join Emma Twyford, full-time route setter and climbing coach, at a BMC Climbing Movement Masterclass sponsored by DMM. Emma's credentials are without question too, as she holds a degree in Sports Science and Coaching, has climbed E9, onsighted 8a, redpointed 8c, flashed font 7b+ and bouldered Font 7c; the breadth of her experience truly inspires those that she coaches.
Masterclass content
Emma will cover climbing movement skills: footwork precision, economy of movement, and the utilisation of existing strengths.
