Organisational Development Group update: January 2019

The BMC’s work assessing and implementing the recommendations of the 2017/18 Organisational Review is in full swing led by a team of dedicated volunteers.

The recent focus has been on phase II changes to the BMC Articles of Association, and the development of new Terms of Reference and a Memorandum of Understanding between the new-look Board of Directors and the National Council.
