Youth Meet Team en route to Kettle Crag

The 2019 BMC Youth Meet will be held at the FRCC hut at Rawhead in Langdale on 5th/7th July 2019.

This is open to young climbers aged between 12 and 18 to give them experience of crags in the Lakes; meeting other climbers and the experience of staying in a climbing hut.  Experienced adult climbers come along to help with the weekend (who are checked under the DBS scheme) and take the young climbers to a mixture of crags. Overall the weekend provides an amazing times for youngsters and adults alike.

There will be 16 places for the young climbers and we are looking for experienced adults to help.

Please contact Ron Kenyon - email ron@jaggedlakes.plus.com  - telephone 01768 864728 - for information accordingly for the young climbers and adult helpers.
