This year, the BMC AGM is heading to Buxton. Join BMC President Lynn Robinson for the annual President's dinner and Volunteer Awards on Saturday night, and then have your vote on the running of the BMC on Sunday.

The BMC AGM weekend is taking place on Saturday 30 and Sunday 31 March 2019 in Buxton.

Join BMC President Lynn Robinson for the President's Dinner and presentation of the 2019 Volunteer Awards on Saturday from 7pm at the Lee Wood Hotel, Buxton.

The AGM will  be taking place on Sunday 31 March from 12 noon at the Devonshire Dome. Registration is open from 9.00 am, and is necessary if you wish to vote on any of the agenda items. Please make sure your membership is valid and make your vote on the day count!

If you are unable to attend the AGM in person, you can still cast your vote by appointing a proxy to vote on your behalf. Find out more about proxy voting here.

As in 2018, proxy voting arrangements will be managed by Electoral Reform Services (ERS) – the UK’s leading provider of independent electoral and voting services. ERS will notify all members of the voting arrangements by email (or letter if we do not currently hold your email address) no later than Saturday 2 March.

There will also be a number of meetings and workshops related to the BMC Organisational Development Group, a local walk organised by the BMC Peak area hill walking team, subsidised skills sessions for BMC affiliated club members, and a chance to check out the BMC & MHT British Women Climb exhibition.

Please use this form to let us know if you will be attending the meal, walk and weekend meetings.

Booking for the clubs skills workshop will be taken seperately. Click here to go to the booking form.
