Annual General Meeting of the Management Committee
The AGM will be held at the hut on Saturday 13 April 2019. Any member of the BMC or Mountaineering Scotland may submit comments or questions in writing regarding the operation of the hut for consideration by the AGM.
A summary annual report and financial statement will be published on the websites at least one month before the meeting. The final Agenda for the meeting will be published on the websites of the BMC and Mountaineering Scotland at least two weeks before the meeting.
Items for consideration at the AGM should be sent by post to the Hut Convenor, John Leftley, c/o Mountaineering Scotland, The Granary, West Mill Street, Perth, PH1 5QP or by e-mail to email@example.com

The only cost for affiliation to the BMC is the individual payments for each member, there is no additional ‘club fee’. For 2019 the BMC fees for each Club Member are: Adult - £14.25 Student - £10.75 Under 18’s - £9.00
