e-Newsletter October 2008
Welcome
The BMC is going to No.10 Downing Street today, where Sports Minister Gerry Sutcliffe will host a reception in ‘Celebration of British Mountaineering’. The occasion will be a unique opportunity to put climbing, hill walking and mountaineering firmly on the political agenda, and it’s great to see Government recognise that our sport touches lives in a way that few others can, and has something really special to offer.
