Welcome

The BMC Nepal charity auction is in full swing. Batch 1 closes this Sunday evening and Batch 2 runs until 12 July; our total target is £29,029, the height of Everest in feet. Dig deep, bid high!

As major reconstruction work progresses following the earthquakes in April and May, we have an update on travel insurance cover for climbers and trekkers heading to Nepal this autumn.

The BMC British Bouldering Championships is one of the highlights of the Cliffhanger outdoor festival in Sheffield on 11-12 July. It’s a great, family-friendly weekend for all ages and abilities.

Looking for temporary employment? Know your way around maps and climbing guidebooks? Then you could be just the person we need to help overhaul the BMC Regional Access Database.
