The Competitions Committee, as per the current Terms Of Reference for this committee, oversees the development of competition climbing in Britain, and is responsible for the organisation and promotion of the various British Climbing Championships, including setting the rules. It is also responsible for oversight and delivery of the Development Squad, which provides the pool of climbers from which the GB Climbing Team is selected for international youth competitions.

Competitions Committee meetings are held on Tuesdays at the BMC offices.

Abridged minutes from each meeting will be published here and will remain in place until the next meeting.

The date of the next scheduled meeitng is February 2019.
