Bye bye Guy

Posted by Tina Gardner on 27/05/2010
Guy Keating - see you later.

There's soon to be a new guy in town...called Rob! The BMC is bidding farewell to Guy Keating who after six years of ensuring access for climbers and walkers is leaving for pastures new.

Guy is moving to Scotland and will become Head of Ranger Services for Loch Lomond National Park.

Interviews for Guy's replacement took place last week and Rob Dyer has been appointed as the new BMC Access & Conservation Officer (Regions).  Rob is a keen climber from Bournemouth and joins the BMC from the Environment Agency in Cardiff. He starts work in the BMC office on 12 July and will work specifically on regional and local issues.
