Club funding - the result

Cash awaits successful bids

The BMC is allocating over £20,000 of Sport England funding between 90 BMC affiliated clubs who successfully applied across three categories of funding.

Applications for funding have been coming in thick and fast, with 97 BMC-affiliated clubs submitting applications before the deadline closed.

The financial boost will help 29 clubs develop their websites and newsletters; 44 clubs to buy equipment; and 50 clubs to provide instructor support to new members.

BMC CEO Dave Turnbull “It’s great to see the funding we have secured being put to good use by clubs.  We're pleased to say the majority of clubs who applied were successful in at least one category of funding."

All clubs which submitted applications have now been notified.
