TremFest is your opportunity to care for one of the best crags in Wales, to have a great time, drink free beer and win some brilliant prizes.
The aim of the event is to get climbers involved in giving Craig Bwlch y Moch, the BMC owned and managed crag at Tremadog a bit of a spring clean. This involves cleaning overgrown routes, re-building paths, cutting back vegetation and so on.
It is a festival, so it’s not all work. Camping is free if you're staying for the weekend and helping out. We’ll provide some free beer (until it runs out - so bring your own as well) and entertainment including a talk by BMC ambassador Hazel Findlay, and as at previous TremFests we are running a free prize draw with loads of great gear generously donated by manufacturers and retailers. To guarantee a space in the bunkhouse or on the campsite, contact the cafe directly to book in advance.
The event starts at 10am at the Bwlch y Moch cafe on Saturday 30 May - just look for the BMC marquee, where you can sign in to get a task and collect your free prize draw ticket., which also entitles you to a free beer.
