All surveys submitted before 30 April 2010 will be entered into the Grand Prize Draw to win one of the prizes detailed below!
1st Prize - £500 of outdoor gear vouchers
2nd Prize – £250 of outdoor gear vouchers
3rd Prize - £150 of outdoor gear vouchers
4th Prize - £75 of outdoor gear vouchers

Prizes will be drawn at random from all the completed surveys.
If you are uncomfortable about answering a particular question, please just leave them blank. We would rather have an incomplete survey than none at all.
