Peak Limestone

Referred to simply as 'Willersley', this north-facing crag on the banks of the Derwent has some great routes, despite not getting the sun very often. Mostly trad.

The Willersley area is owned by the Arkwright Society. It is essential that climbers do not block gateways with parked cars and that disturbance is keep to a minimum. Access negotiations have been on-going between the BMC and the Arkwright Society, and climbers continue to access the crag. If you are asked to leave, please remain courteous and report the incident to the BMC.

Hi guys, enjoying the app. Just a point, this crag is listed under southern gritstone, where as its peak lime. Thanks

Climbed here yesterday, becareful not to disturb the hatchlings on great corner (3 nests on this climb!) and in the pot hole on pothole wall. They are quite far back, so you should be fine if you are careful and respectful.
