Big & Fruity (the cake is also excellent)

In the olden days, before telephones, people used to run competitions called "Guess the number of lice on the boy" and "How many leprechauns in the jar?" On Saturday at Bareholme, we played "How much does that bloody thing weigh?"

We were miles off the right answer, which shows how little attention any of us pay to the labels on cake boxes from Tesgoons. Can you guess how much Duncan's home made beauty weighs?

Upon arrival at Crowden carpark we were soaked by the mist, rain and clag. In a spirit of blind optimism, we pressed on through the heather to Bareholme. After some slimy nonsense on a couple of VDiffs, we rewarded ourselves with tea and a slice of The Monster, and immediately the sun came out and dried up all the rain. I suspect that the two events were somehow related...moorland grit bends the space/time continuum like this on a regular basis.
