Carwyn Jones AM the First Minister for Wales held his first official visit to North Wales on Thursday 14 January, and the outdoors was a major theme.
In an exciting new initiative we’re holding the 2010 summer international meet at the Count House hut (Bosigran, Cornwall) in conjunction with the Climbers’ Club. The Meet takes place from 9 to 16 May.

There has been a fresh development in the saga to restore public access to this top quality crag and cherished local landmark.
The date of the next BMC Safeguarding and Child Protection Awareness Training course has had to be changed. It was to be held on Sunday 20th June. It will now be on 27th June at West View Leisure Centre in Preston. That is just off the M6, so that makes it reasonably accessible for people from the Lakes, the North West and also Yorkshire Area.
